3. License & Access

Subject to these Terms, Serenade grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for the selected plan duration.

• Licenses are per-user unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Resale, sharing, or sublicensing is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Services.
• Bypassing security mechanisms, license checks, or access controls.
• Using the Services in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
• Sharing confidential materials, keys, or access credentials.

5. Payments & Refunds

Prices and plans are shown at checkout. Orders are final upon delivery of a license key. Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Delivery & Activation

Upon successful payment verification, a license key is issued to your order. You are responsible for safeguarding your key and account information.

7. Updates & Availability

We may provide updates, patches, or maintenance from time to time. Availability may be affected by third-party changes or downtime. Features and compatibility can change without notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse. Upon termination, your license and access rights cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
